Due to the decline of international container volumes, Seagirt Marine Terminal will be closed on: • Monday, March 30th • Tuesday, March 31st Gate hours will be 06:00 – 16:45 from Wednesday, April 1st through Friday, April 3rd.

Ports America Chesapeake will continue to monitor volume levels and communicate additional updates as warranted. Thank you for your support and understanding.

 

 

 

Based on low projected import volumes (seasonal, COVID-19) and blank vessel sailings, POMTOC will be CLOSED on Monday, 3/30/2020.

In addition, POMTOC will be CLOSED on Friday, 4/10/2020 in observance of Good Friday (normally scheduled closure, ILA Holiday).

Containers that are within their free time will remain within their free time. 

 

Containers that will go into demurrage at COB Friday, 3/27/2020, Thursday 4/9/2020 and those containers that are already in demurrage will continue to accrue demurrage during this time.
