CLA/IBT managers and staff got a momentary respite from one of the coldest winters in history while attending the Company’s annual strategy conference.  The meeting kicked off with keynote addresses given by Gary Schubert, CLA Executive Vice President and IBT President, and Mr. Du Shuyi, President of CLA.  The meeting is held yearly to outline company goals, and the participants work out the strategies necessary to accomplish those goals efficiently and sustainably, setting the course for CLA and its subsidiary IBT for the next twelve months and beyond.
